Grade K - I Can Read! (our exclusive reading program)
The I Can Read! Kindergarten Program is a structured, phonics-based reading program designed to help young learners build strong early literacy skills and develop confidence as independent readers.
Through engaging, age-appropriate lessons, students develop essential reading foundations, including print concepts, phonological awareness, phonics, and word recognition. Children learn letter sounds, blending, decoding, and high-frequency words while building the skills needed for reading fluency and comprehension.
By the end of this 12-week unit, students will be able to recognize and read up to 300 words, including the first 100 Fry Sight Words, while establishing a solid foundation in early literacy.
